note: for example to build with configSUPPORT_STATIC_ALLOCATION = 0, one
of heap_n.c must be included in makefile/cmake

rework make freertos port handling
...
this allows ports to specify a freertos port outside the FreeRTOS-Kernel lib directory, which would otherwise not be possible
